“I found a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle when I had personal struggles in my early years of college. The gym was my safe place and stress reliever, and when I started combining a healthy eating regimen, I discovered the magic in controlling your mind, body, and spirit. I wanted to expand my passion for fitness and health by sharing it with as many others’ as I can. I want to positively impact anyone who crosses my path and through training and nutritional coaching I know I can do just that.”
Just Living Stronger Fitness and Beyond offers training and nutritional coaching for everyone. The goal is to promote long-term habits that support a healthier lifestyle while reaching personal fitness goals. The sky is the limit and with the proper training and nutrition plan your personal goals CAN be met. Jessica French uses her positive attitude and high energy to coach you through your health and fitness journey.
Jessica’s Lil’ Tumblers Gymnastics Academy began in 2011, with two young girls and a teenager sharing her passion of gymnastics. Throughout the years Jessica has continued to practice and share her love for the sport of gymnastics with hundreds of children. Wherever she resided she took every opportunity to share her knowledge with children. Building her program from the ground up,  she continues to coach children and help them improve their coordination, flexibility, body awareness, and strength through the sport of gymnastics.
Growing up Jessica was always “tumbling” around, no matter where she was. At the age of 11 Jessica enrolled in her first ever gymnastics class as a Beginner. After one practice she bumped up to Pre-team. A few short months later she progressed and started the competition season at level four. Jessica impressed her coaches and judges with placing in the top of her level at every meet, including state. Her second year, as a level 5, Jessica won 1st place in Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault, AND the All-Around. She also took 9th at the Nationals Competition. Jessica’s passion, natural talent, and hard work in gymnastics continued to push her through level after level. During her fourth year of gymnastics, she was a level 8, but had to make a heartbreaking decision to put gymnastics in her past due to an unfit facility for her to excel beyond the level in which she had already reached. “To this day that decision was one of the hardest and most heartbreaking decisions I ever had to make” -Jessica
At age 18 Jessica was asked to teach a few young girls how to tumble. She did just that, but wanted to teach them more than just tumbling on the floor. She started with a beam that her father had built her when she competed and a few small tumbling mats. Summer after summer Jessica continued to use her savings to buy more and more gymnastics equipment and offer lessons to more kids. From 2, to 30, then 90.. and growing more and more each year, Jessica is now sharing her passion with over 100 children every session from ages 14 months to 16 years old; and continues to add more equipment to the gym each year.  With big dreams she hopes to build her dream gym and continue to share her passion of gymnastics in small town Nebraska.

From the bottom up, Jessica has spent 12 years bringing her dream to life.

In 2019, she purchased her own building, remodeled and officially established her dream gym.

It is still a work in progress, as big dreams require constant work and improvements. However, JLT Gymnastics Academy is up and running along with JLS Fitness 24/7 Fitness Facility.
